Same issue here of "The AAdvantage account number you entered does not match the name on the account. Please verify and re-enter" with my wife (a PLT) as the 2nd pax.
Also, been having issues booking a couple of international itineraries, one complex (with stopovers, and openjaw), one simple roundtrip. In both cases, I get the "Fare is no longer available" message. Once, it took me all the way to the end, then told me to go to the airport to complete payment because my flight was leaving in 2 hours (this was for an April 2015 booking).
I'm planning on trying to get the $35 airport ticketing fee waived because of these issues.
