Very interesting new program... somehow, I got on their mailing list and was pleasantly surprised when I visited their site and signed up.
You get points for visiting websites (2 points/ea). The nice part is, there are A LOT of sites and you can click on each site once per day. You get 100 points for signing up and 100 points for each direct referral. You also get 1 point for each website your referrals visit. They are paying a percentage of ad revenues so don't know exact payout yet. They have 3 levels:
Silver= 750 points
Gold= 1500 points
Platinum = 3000 points

The payout is different for each level.
I signed up today and made 100 points for signing up and another 310 points for surfing (already). In another day or so, I will already have reached Silver. Visit the website and see what you think:
