30/30 email confirmations. I bought myself some things I would not normally buy since I am not much of a shopper normally. Only one merchant complained (a lot, even to other customers) about the high Amex fees when I split a $160 purchase over 4 cards. Geesh - $160 I would not have otherwise spent at a high end clothing consignment store. Not a way to build customer goodwill!
