Is this an error, or can I really upgrade the ENTIRE trip with 20,000 miles and $75. All identifying info has been removed. Thoughts?
20K + $75 suggests the flights are all "Mainland U.S., Alaska & Canada". It would appear there is no stop / destination because all connections are below the limit. In that case the system is handling this as an OW AAA-AAA and a single upgrade can work (note all the legs except the last will be waitlisted and the first is economy only).

For this to work,
- you are not revisiting the same city in the routing
- all connections are below the limit for a stop
