I've seen bit and pieces of this info on various threads, but not certain I've ever seen any summary solution. I have a transcon this week, booked in A eastbound, fare basis UAA00AFN/UPDI, and Z westbound, fare basis VAA07AKN/UPDI. I can well imagine in irrops there's going to be a rebooking argument about whether I'm entitled to F, especially with the "V" fare basis code and "UP" in the ticket designator. (The old "it's a coach fare with a free upgrade" nonsense.) What are the magic words I use to direct the agent to the proper screen that shows rebooking is to be in F? Is there one screen that does it all for all city pairs, or do they have to call up the specific city pair and the specific fare, and then read all 10 pages (which is not going to happen in the real world of course).
