Citi does not provide Primary Car Rental Insurance. If you do not have your personal auto insurance, then Citi's coverage will become primary. Otherwise, you can still claim deductible amount of your personal insurance from Citi.

Never rely on bloggers. Most have gotten into a habit of selling you credit cards without verifying facts and benefits. Shame on them!
