Yeah, I used to work in the debt collection business for credit and charge cards among other things. Some of these people are scumbags, but sometimes, they either get sick or laid off and fall behind on credit card bills and can't catch up. It's actually pretty sad sometimes. However, if that is going to happen, I might as well get my trip to Japan paid for by my CC bonuses.
