The flight was last week though I purchased it quite a long time ago. At time of purchase, it was sold and marketed as business elite and the seat I selected was a business elite seat, as they are on the SEA-JFK route. DL publishes that there are no elite upgrades for that route.

What I was provided was a standard domestic 26F 757 with standard domestic F service (red blanket, one course meal of chicken with corn, or some crap). Everyone was upgraded.

I'm pretty sure I have a case here for my SWU to be returned and fare difference refunded. Again, had I known, I never would have paid the fare difference and wasted the instrument, especially on amateur week when high level Medallions have the greatest shot all year of securing upgrades automatically.
