I was surprised at people's answers, when I asked them. I wonder if the FT community is different.
I booked a reward flight on OneWorld. I am flying first in CX, and on the way back chose to change it to JL. I just wanted to try them out. I know CX first is widely reputed to be one of the best. JL doesn't have that reputation. But I wanted to try something different.
Is that the same for most people here? My friends I surveyed would prefer to fly CX first both ways. Why would you settle for something inferior?
For me the answer is that something different is always better.
