I would suggest that you determine 1) what goals you have in choosing a program (upgrades? award tickets? award flights to what destinations?); and 2) what options for redemption are available for your use. UA may be best because of its hub in Denver and its partners (LH, LX, OS) in Europe, but that's just a guess on my part.
