You've got one report, and all I can say is "take earplugs!" Well, "take rain gear, too ,"because the rains begin around Christmas and you can get the occasional tropical storm and rare cyclone. And it'll be hot and humid: when I was there it had cooled off from the previous week. Only the breeze made 90 F / 32 C and over 90% humidity tolerable.
