Seems odd -
RDU-JFK is 442 miles (500 with minimum)
JFK-CDG is 3622 miles
CDG-IST is 1388 miles, total of 5510 outbound.

IST-AMS is 1372 miles.
AMS-DTW is 3927 miles.
DTW-RDU is 501 miles, total of 5800 inbound.

Overall is 11310 miles. Flights all have DL flight numbers so earn 100% of actual mileage. Sorry, don't understand the Delta calculation.
