You can't transfer MR points to AA.

You can't transfer BA Avios to AAdvantage.

You can redeem BA Avios for SAAver-level award seats on AA at BA's redemption rates and fees, not AA's.
Oh, those fees
Since oil prices have dropped dramatically is BA dumping the fuel surcharges on awards? LOL.........
Still no fees when redeeming BA Avios on AA/AS/US for travel wholly within the Americas, or worldwide on AB/LA. Very low surcharges on EI TATL flights, and on BA "Reward Flight Savers" between the UK and the rest of Europe (and parts of North Africa, too).
