I have a $10,000 payment to a merchant who takes Visa/MC/AMEX. I would like to do this using my Ink Bold card. The best use would to buy Visa/MC/AMEX gift cards at a office supply store to use the 5x miles. In looking at Staples and Office max I can only find cards with a max of $200.

Is there a way to get higher denominations of these cards and still get the 5x miles?
