The changes are really becoming academic. In July next year all fares to LHR is available but no space for upgrades. "no more seats are available for upgrades. Choose other dates". Yes, even for S100k flyers. So it may not even be a program for highest level elites as upgrades will be soon a thing of the past..IMHO
