You still have a month, perhaps have them apply for their own chase card. I believe fee is waived for first year and it doesn't take too long for UA acct to get updated. Since it's standard award inventory is there until flight is sold out.
Those flights are going to sell out soon. They are zeroed in all fare buckets except Y.
