As a GGL in F, I've had this at DXB before, SS meet me after the check-in desk, and hand me over to a Marhaba rep for a personal escort to the lounge. Likewise, on arrival, personal escort to kerbside. Again, not sure if it's GGL in F, or GGL in any class.
