Uniqlo heattech shirts could work for you (I love them as a layer under a sweater and since I work in a somewhat casual office, they're fine alone if I take off the sweater; I recently got my husband addicted to them as well). Some versions of a silk underlayer could work too, if you can find options that don't just look like underwear....
