Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (“Territory”) (excluding Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence as of the date of entry.

How To Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals (see eligibility requirements) must visit www.maurices.com/holidaysweeps (“Web Site”) and follow the on-screen links and instructions to complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form during the Sweepstakes Period, including providing all requested information.

During the entry process, you will also have the opportunity to opt in to receive emails with offers, updates and sales from Maurices Incorporated (“Sponsor”). Opting in to receive such emails is optional and will not affect your chances of winning the Sweepstakes. You are not required to opt in to marketing emails from Sponsor to enter the Sweepstakes; however, even if you choose not to opt in to marketing emails from Sponsor, Sponsor may still choose to notify you via email about this Sweepstakes, including if you are selected as a potential winner in the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address per day.

Grand Prizes (3): Each winner will receive $1,500 USD ($1,685 CAD) to be used toward the cost of one (1) round trip, economy-class airline ticket for winner or an individual designated by winner (“Guest”) from winner’s/Guest’s current location to a desired location, both of which must be within the Territory.

- The $1,500 USD ($1,685 CAD) prize will be issued in the form of a check or an airline voucher, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

- Air travel must be coordinated through Sync by January 30, 2015 and completed January, 30 2016. Exact departure and arrival airports will be determined by Sync in its sole discretion.

- Air travel plans by the winner or his/her Guest must be provided to Sync at least six weeks in advance of the requested trip dates.

- If the cost of air travel (as booked through Sync) is less than $1,500 USD ($1,685 CAD), the winner will receive a debit gift card for the difference. Gift cards are subject to their terms and conditions.

Air travel options may be subject to availability, blackout dates, minimum age limits, and other restrictions. If the air travel options selected by a winner or his/her Guest (as booked through Sync) exceed $1,500 USD ($1,685 CAD), such winner will be solely responsible for covering such cost. Further, the $1,500 USD ($1,685 CAD) credit may only be redeemed on air travel booked through Sync in accordance with the instructions above (and any other instructions issued by Sponsor or Sync) and each winner (or his/her Guest) will be solely responsible for all meals, lodging, gratuities, in-room charges, travel expenses, luggage fees, travel and other insurance, carrier fees, government charges, transfers, ground transportation, taxes (federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local) and other expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being provided as part of the prize and not booked through Sync. Failure to book or complete travel does not relieve a winner of his/her tax obligations associated with winning a prize, if any. Any and all taxes associated with receiving the prize in this Sweepstakes will remain the responsibility of the winner even if the winner chooses to use the prize for a Guest. All tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. It is each winner’s or his/her Guest’s (if any) sole responsibility to comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including photograph and/or passport) at the time of travel. If applicable, Guest must be the age of majority in the Guest’s state/province/territory of residence. If applicable, winner agrees that his/her Guest must comply with Sponsor’s and each prize provider’s procedures and policies and must complete, sign, have notarized (where applicable) and return a release of liability and, where legal, a publicity release to Sponsor in the timeframe specified by Sponsor or travel will not be allowed. If applicable, once selected by a winner, Guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. By entering this Sweepstakes and accepting the prize, each winner agrees to maintain his/her behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Sweepstakes or prize-related activity. Each winner understands and agrees that Sponsor or prize providers have the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove a winner or his/her Guest (if any) from any activity at any time if such winner’s or his/her Guest’s (if any) behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Sponsor or otherwise violates the policies of the prize providers, and in such a case, such winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize. Entrants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim the prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said prize.

Winner Selection and Notification: Three (3) prize winners, subject to verification, will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be held on or about December 8, 2014 at about 1:00:00 p.m. PT in Los Angeles, CA and will be conducted by Sponsor’s designated agent/representative, whose decisions regarding the random drawing are final. Sponsor or its designee will attempt to notify each potential winner that he or she may have won a prize in this Sweepstakes by e-mail or phone on or about December 8, 2014.
