Southwest once HAD a wonderful website that was easy to navigate and a pleasure to use. Now what a hassle to find and cancel a flight from anywhere inside it without bookmarking a specific page. Finally found a link via "plan a trip". You would think "change a trip" would give you that option. What a mess.
