Phoned and it's only for new bookings. Upgrade for just one leg was 760. Interestingly I would have recouped 472 on my original booking. On the type that doesn't throw away 472, even if it effectively means a cw seat for 1479....
If this is the party line, it doesn't appear to have trickled through to all agents.
I just phoned and paid £150 + change fee to move my discount economy flights into Club.
