What to expect in terms of meal service and offerings? Any tips and suggestions from people in order to maximize the 787 TPAL flight?

Did anyone try the "cappucinos" on board yet?
Well cooleddie, not sure how much we can help you concerning meals as these seem to change frequently.

We went TPAC YYZ-HND on the 787 in October and the Alberta Beef was the main item (in J) on the menu then. An added bonus was being on the now famous fin 801!

We were in seats 2A & 3A and these are much more comfortable than the studio pods on the 777s. Do try to get a window seat though. The "A" side would best EB YYZ-LHR as you won't have the morning sun glare to deal with. Do enjoy the window controls; they're fun - for the first ten minutes.

Admittedly the flight was enhanced hugely as we were fortunate to have ACYYZ/SD in the J cabin. He did a fantastic job.

Returned in November on the 777-200; a huge let-down after the 787!

Sorry we can't help re the cappucinos as we never tried them.

Have a wonderful flight.
Hope you get to go both ways on the 787!
