they checked in one extra piece of luggage in ORD and checked thru with excess paid all the way to BKK.. now if Juneyao airlines is not star alliance, will they have to clear immigrations (they dont even have a China Visa on their USA passports) and collect bags and recheck in at the Juneyao airlines? Will they be charge more baggage fees?

this sucks UA.. why not give them a star alliance flt to Asia,, ie.. TG, SG, EVA,, even Turkish has a flight after 1.30pm LAX time...


feeling disgusted,,as a TG gold, and UA Gold... hrrrrr

Be sure they keep all of their boarding passes/tickets as evidence of taking the flights and being rerouted etc.
