You can try calling. The rules seem complicated. It works fine when i do AS+Ravn and AS + PenAir on the website but it only seems to come up for saver. It could be a site issue. Typically partners are only available at saver but The Intra-Alaska partners have a full fare award so could be a website limitation as to not cause issues with the single award level partners.
