If BA's IT was any good, i'd say the could also allow passengers to vote via the IFE, but that would rule out its use on 10-20% of flights.
Vote via the IFE, and if the votes are tied, it's down to who can sort me out a GnT quickest. Bonus marks for leaving me an extra miniature of gin.

By sent off I assume you mean by parachute over Greenland?
