You got 'hit' with safety equipment and felt the need to complain?! What, did the tube from the mast brush across your forehead or did you suffer concussion when the corner of the life jacket forcefully smashed into your skull?!

Proper jobsworth if you ask me! No wonder it takes weeks to respond to an email with the poor complaints department having to deal with stupid, pointless things like this.
