Which kind of Ibis? Styles (green) or normal (red). Some of the normal red ones are so grotty and basic that I shudder to think what some of the blue (budget) ones are like.
Also, I don't tend to think of Ibis in the same category as the others as it is part of wider group, with a loyalty programme.
In terms of room and hotel quality, I would put (of those mentioned):
Premier Inn
Travelodge
Ibis (red)
In practice the loyalty scheme benefit would raise the Ibis to the same as a the Travelodge (or just above). The premier inn despite being in the lead often losing the sale due to higher cost.
Ibis styles (green) I'd generally put above them all, due to wifi, breakfast, etc. Just below a HIX.
