I agree, and I'm assuming the original suggestion was a bit tongue in cheek. But actually I can see some benefit to the idea, in that it tells us more about the person issuing the Red Ticket than the person receiving. So if someone gives out say 3 Red Tickets in a short period, perhaps BA could approach them and explain that since the relationship clearly isn't working, maybe they should move their business to another airline? With immediate effect? Win, win really.
