I must be jinxed this weekend
Huge queue at BUD security, so waltz down the totally empty 'BUD fast track' with my colleagues (all flying CE) only to be turned back by the BP scanning guardian, 'sorry, British Airways do not pay for fast track use here at BUD, you will have to join the main queue, or you can buy fast track tokens for 5 Euros each'
We looked around and it really wasn't clear where you could buy these things, and I pointed out that the main queue wasn't moving too slowly, so we just joined that.
But it's the principle of the thing. Very expensive CE tickets and no fast track, even when it plainly exists (and appeared totally unused) at the airport
Also, could BA check in not have informed us, or given / sold us fast track passes (my colleagues are not BAEC, so did not check in online etc)
Again, well done BA. Another case of petty nickel and diming.
