first experience with hhonors gold reserve card
Hey guys appreciate all the feedback and also appreciate the receptive ears to hear my story.
a CS rep followed up with me today (called me up) and we had a similar conversation as to some of the points made on this thread. It was a good conversation and helped drive home that Citi cares about their customers.
The temp card was a first for me, and ultimately a flop in my case. According to Citi it should have worked, and committed to fixing whatever caused it to fail for me. Cool idea.
