I never mentioned anything about a Plat guarantee (I hope). Its the brands guarantee just like Hampton Inns has, if youre not 100% satisfied mention it to us and if we cant fix it you dont pay, something like that. since they cut most items from the BF and cved housekeeping taht should result in a comped night
