Well this is obnoxious. Got this email today:
Dear CMK10,
You’ve already earned a free night or 25,000 bonus points as part of IHG® Rewards Club’s Into the Nights. Now you’ll have the option of choosing how you want to earn—bonus points or free nights.
There's a tracker below it that shows I've earned a reward and invites me to click a button to choose my reward. However, when I click the button and go to the Into the Nights site, it shows I've made 0 stays. Guess I'm calling IHG on Monday
