what amount of gold jewelery are we talking about here????

if she has no plans on leaving it in india then i suggest she declare it that she is bringing it in for personal use & will take it back with her....they make a note of it & will inspect it on her way back to make sure she hasn't left anything behind....if all is well then she will have no problems....
