From what I hear, AmEx will stamp a new card for you at its travel offices. And I know that Bank of America also will arrange to have a card messengered to good customers.

I'm not sure what the deal is with this. Maybe I would have to call Visa directly, not Citibank, for emergency card replacement?
I just always assumed that whatever benefits and services Visa had listed, like emergency card replacement, could be handled by Citibank directly. Guess I was wrong about that.
Or perhaps it's the old Henry Ford "choice" that they mean. "Get your replacement card at the location of your choice, as long as that location is your billing address."
