SVO is bad and I think the same is true for other Moscow airports, but it depends on traffic.

The new Stockholm airport is bad.

The new Montreal airport is bad.

A lot of mainland Chinese airports for tier one cities are about the same distance and it's far, especially if traffic is bad.

KIX is also bad but it serves both Osaka and Kyoto.

JFK traffic can be bad. The same is true for LGA, depending on where in NYC you're starting. ORD
too. IAH is far and can have bad traffic jams. DFW too. The new Denver airport is far.

BOS was horrible during the big dig.
