2) I'm trying to figure out when to use my AS# (75K) vs AB# (G) on award tickets issued by AA. I believe AB G (OW S) has all the benefits of 75K plus lounge access, but I just need to show my G card if using AS#. So the only thing comes down to IRROP accommodation. What are the advantages and/or disadvantages of using AS status vs AB status, if any, in these scanarios? For example, in which cases would I get priority accommodation? Preferred seats?

Scenario 1: AA reaccommodates me on BA (OW + AS).
Scenario 1: AA reaccommodates me on US (OW, but not a partner of AS).
Scenario 3: AA reaccommodates me on FJ (AS partner, but not OW).
Scenario 3: AA reaccommodates me on HA (no OW, no AS).
The FF number you put in your reservation initially doesn't have to be the one you stick with throughout your itinerary, especially in the case of irrops and rebookings.

If you use your AB # first, and happen to get rebooked onto a partner of AS (but not oneworld), then just give them your AS # when you check-in with the new carrier.

As a oneworld elite, I see no reason not to use your AB# for AA flights. If you happen to get rebooked to another carrier, just give them whatever FF program # will provide the most benefits, respectively. That's about all I'd worry with this.
