Called the Waldorf-Astoria Orlando and was told that our entire reservation (including breakfast) would be moved over to them if we get upgraded. They said we should find out a couple days before our arrival so we would go straight there to check in.

I find it an intriguing concept to upgrade someone from one hotel to another.
