My first T5 trip since Oct 1st (paternity leave)


Got the 1855 Hex from paddington, arriving 1916 into T5 for my 2000 flight. Went into north security, fast track, walked through the tensa. No queue, emptied bag straight away.

In the interests of the scientific method, and nothing to do with the lubrication I had availed myself during a "meeting" this afternoon, I did two things
1) Left my keys in the pocket of my hoodie
2) Left a piece of electronic equipment (one of these) in a plastic bag

However both the pat down and the bag search were speedy. I entered north lounge at 19:26. Can't really complain.
