first experience with hhonors gold reserve card
Final "resolution" this morning.
After calling in my complaint another attendant in customer satisfaction spend time escalating again. After receiving the same feedback I had been given about limited use on the temp card, She finally reported back that other managers were seeing that a small number of temporary credit lines had been issued as invalid. Unfortunately she could not fix my card number but offered me $100 statement credit and 5000 hhonors points for the inconvenience. She also offered to get with applications to generate a new temp card for me.
I declined the new temp card but accepted the other credits. Hardly worth it for nearly 4 hours of phone support time.
After the first two calls the issue became a matter of principle for me to resolve.
I have used a number of cards in the past but this was a first time I have ever seen such a crazy runaround and lack of ability to resolve a problem.
