Citi has a real problem with the Hilton cards. I usually have to ring them up after not getting the right number of points because Hampton, Conrad, etc aren't Hilton hotels. And then it is quite often that even though it's an issue with Citi, I get transferred to a Hilton rep. The last time I had an issue I got transferred twice to Hilton, even though I specifically said not to transfer me to Hilton.
