Continued update. Rounds 3 and 4.

Third call was this morning. "Oh, let me activate your card". Ok. Still declined.

Fourth call this evening. "Oh, you are using it out of state". Transfer to security department. Out of state approval put in. Still declined.

At this point security department is once again grasping at straws it feels. "This card can only be used for charges at hilton hotels". I explain it is a visa signature card and that I thought it should have no restrictions.

Upon realizing I have hit another dead end I ask for a manager. I'm now told managers are busy and will call me back. No way for him to tell me how long it will be.
