Very simple
Pre-Google:
Features - Most of the features exactly the same
Reliability - Close to 100%
Post Google:
Features - One or two new features added (e.g. ability to search by airline alliance and one or two code shortcuts added) but nothing you couldn't work without
Reliability - Terrible. Fails more often than not and complex searches rarely succeed first time and can sometimes fail after dozens of attempts at busy times of the day.
It is of course free and largely without advertising. Personally I'd rather they added a few more ad links and increased the server search time or whatever else it takes to make it work. Otherwise, it will fade into obscurity on account of becoming worthless.
