MBNA typically offers 0% intro APR only on a targeted basis based on their prequalification criteria. In other words, if you want 0% APR, don't contact them -- they'll contact you.

Just a thought: If you think you'll need to carry a balance and can't find the 0% APR & low conversion rate, then a different bank with 2% conversion rate but 0% APR may be better than 1% conversion rate but high interest rate. Depends on your balances.
