Anyone know if any MBNA cards come with a 0% introductory rate? I couldn't find any on their site.

I specifically want an MBNA card, since I'll be taking a trip to Europe, and I understand MBNA's one of the few co's that doesn't charge for international use (except for Visa or MC's 1%). I usually pay off my cards every month, but I think my vacation's going to get in the way of that pattern, so a 0% intro. rate would be great.
