Re: pricing, you're right. The BAR at the Langham is roughly double that of the May Fair for my dates, though I've got the May Fair booked on points and the Langham booked on a pretty steep discount.

Thanks for this. There are a couple of activities we're booked in for that are quite a bit closer to the May Fair, but good to know that the Langham seems to be close to other attractions.

Disclaimer: I'm a Londoner and so tend not to actually stay in the hotels. I have hung around at the May Fair after putting up my parents there a couple of years ago and the Langham is my local 5* hotel for spending time in. It also means I'm scornful of the kind of places only full of rich Russian oligarchs and Arabs despite being quite popular on here.
