If you really, really want to travel overnight, there are options by coach with Eurolines.

Leave Brussels 2215, arrive London 0545
Leave Cologne 1830, arrive London 0545
Leave Frankfurt 1545, arrive London 0545

But please don't. That's not a pleasant way to travel, and you will be in no fit state to enjoy your tour!

Where does your tour start? I'd be tempted to fly to London in the afternoon, enjoy an afternoon/ evening in London, then spend a comfortable night in a bed! The route is served by British Airways (LHR), easyJet (LGW) and Germanwings (LHR and STN).

By train, you could leave Stuttgart at 1351, change in Cologne and Brussels to arrive in London at 2103. Or leave earlier if you want the evening in London. This should be doable for €59 if you book in advance.

Details here

If you work at it, you can even break your journey overnight in Germany or Brussels if you want. (But there are no Eurostars from Brussels-London that will get you to London by 0600.)
