Personally I think Louise would be better off getting Dad better rather than spending time bashing Cathay. Try writing a request and enclosing doctor's letter by post and fax to the address and fax number in http://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_H...ggestions.html and see if anything shows up. I don't think it'll go anywhere so Louise shouldn't expect much from it - this is not an airline known for being compassionate. Keep us updated and all the best for your Dad's speedy recovery.
