I totally agree with this. The CPUs and bag fees mean nothing to me (or my family members). It's not being able to book my Mom, my husband, etc. on an E+ seat. Often on a work trip, a family member flies to meet me for a weekend, etc. Especially for trans-Atlantic flights, it is really annoying that an award seat can no longer be booked in E+ if coming from my account.
