This thread explains it all. Glad to see that not everyone agrees that it's a great marketing move to call something "best flexible rate" when, sometimes, it's different from other times.

IMO it's very nasty to call the rate Best Flexible when it's not flexible at all, I've never seen any other hotel do this. Besides, when I checked there was an Advance saver rate which was cheaper than the BFR with exactly the same cancellation policy, is that funny?
