I think that a liot depends on your airline of choice, but Citibank does offer a small business card which offers AAdvantage miles at the standard US$1 = 1 mile. You can get up to 25 cards for employees which each receiving a unique statement (plus an overall statement for the business), annual and quarterly reports, 7500 bonus miles for signup.
